Another abuse of the feedback system!1

The order was delivered , Customer said the package wasn't delivered, I provided the customer with the shipping label with her address on it and the delivery confirmation from the USPS..She said I didn't received the package again, I told her the only option is to open an investigation with the postal service, two weeks later , she left negative feedback When are you will do something about the abuse of the feedback system, Can anyone help here??
