Stuck in verification loop
hello community. I am new seller and my product is in Amazon warehouse and not active. When I reach to support they told to complete identification verification process. I completed and the page says verification completed successfully. But still my product is not active and when I contact the support they are telling that verification is not complete I didn’t understand and nobody is telling clearly what needs to be done. I am doing the same thing for more than one week now. Please help.

My name is CR and wanted to hop in here. Are you still having issues with verification? Would you mind sharing case # that you have opened with Seller Support? I'd be happy to take a further look there.

CR back here again. I had a chance to peek into your account and noticed a couple of things.
First if you go to your 'Account Info' drop down from the top right hand corner you should see the below. Click on the red 'reactivate account' text there.
That should then bring you to a page that has some steps for you to complete for verification. Review the information on that page and then click on the teal "Submit for verification" button at the bottom of the page.
Have you done this already?
Lastly, it looks like you have an unread performance notification which prompts you for some final steps for the verification process. I realize you are a new seller with us here so wanted to share the importance of always staying on top of your performance notifications as well.
