Restricted listing violation issue
Urgent help needed!
Multiple of our listings have been removed. Multiple restricted Product violation on our Account making our health score extremely low, close to closing our account. However, none of the products are actually in violation. We tried to appeal many times. They just kept asking for images of the product showing ingredients to be uploaded to the listing. All those listings were already been removed by Amazon at the same time the violation warning issued.
We have explained multiple times, we could not upload pictures of a removed listing. They ignored our message, and asking for the exact same thing again and again. We reached out to seller support and we're told to add the listing back ourselves which we did. However, as soon as we added the listing back, it was removed by Amazon before our violation case was reviewed. They now requested the pictures of the product again. We just could not upload pictures to a removed listing. What should we do? Thank you very much for all your help in advance!

ASIN B0CPM4ZN5Q
New listing appeal/dispute submission for merchant [A3QH3QWDDN9D8D] in marketplace [ATVPDKIKX0DER]
we received your appeal, but we are unable to reactivate your asins at this time. This product has been identified as containing hydroquinone at a prescription concentration.
kindly upload product all sides of packaging/ labeling images showing the complete list of ingredients into the product detail page for further review . do not attach the images in the case, we will not consider it for the review, please update them to detail page for further review.
This product is definitely not in violation. Selling in many department stores in US. I just have no way to upload picture as requested to a removed listing.

Hi there @Seller_vrHdjKVUAypAZ,
I'm glad you were able to get your images uploaded so your ASIN could be reinstated. In general the appeals team is unable to provide technical support as they can only use specific responses. If you ever have difficulties making changes to a detail page you are trying to get reinstated I would make a separate case with Seller Support requesting ONLY for assistance getting the detail page updated. Thank you for your understanding.
