Pending Trademark not found by Amazon

My Trademark has been pending since October 5th. I tried to register it all last week but I keep getting the message:

"The trademark number you have entered cannot be found in the trademark office selected. If your trademark application was recently submitted, it may require up to 48 hours for the change to be reflected and the synchronization with the Amazon system to be completed. Wait for the established time, and create a new application."

It's been well over the 48 hours (9 days to be exact). Is there a way for Amazon to re-run a sync to the USPTO Trademark database so I can get by brand enrolled? I tried opening a ticket but all I got as a response was a form letter.

You are obviously brand new to Amazon.

EVERYTHING is backed up due to all the suspensions for people that simply can't be bothered to read any rules as well as other changes that they have made regarding ‘generic’ product rules.

Amazon time is not anything close to what the rest of the world recognizes as a time frame. That (insert a number) of hours used so often by Amazon can be anywhere from three days to three weeks or even longer.

For Brand Registry three weeks is getting pretty close to resolution time in MOST cases though some take even longer.

Honestly if anything less than two to three weeks is 'too long' you are going to have a very stressful AND disappointing time on Amazon.

They are well known for making a snail look fast.

I know you won't have a case (or if you do, please provide that here) so if you are comfortable providing your TM registration or Serial number here, I can escalate this issue. I have escalated 3 others in the last week with the same issue and a larger internal case is currently being worked toward resolution and I can add your TM number to that case.
