Just as a little feedback: If Amazon could always be a bit more transparent like this when there is a global issue.

This issue with the search results has been ongoing for a few months now. We have raised several cases this matter is outstanding despite the cases being closed without a resolution.

It seems impossible to get amazon to do anything.Some months ago amazon suggested I changed to a business account.I did this but it appears I put my classification down as a sole trader…(which I am) .
but AMAZON somehow got the idea I was a “charity” organisation and I don’t sell for a profit!!!??
they suddenly suspended my seller account without notice. .Despite numerous wasted emails and texts…I cannot get them to sort it out… needless to say…they managed to get their monthly payment
out of my bank.
Anyone else had similar experiences or can assist me.

A mí me han desaparecido de la búsqueda algunos productos. En el listin pone que están activos pero cuando los busco por la palabra clave que estaban posicionados no aparecen.
He escrito y me responden con que al parecer es un problema que le sucede a muchos vendedores. Fin de la cita. Sin ninguna solución. Solo que es común.
