Account Level Reserve How can you work if Amazon doesn’t give you money?

Good afternoon, Amazon support and forum members.

I’ve been selling on Amazon for a long time and have never seen anything like this. Amazon is using my money and I have not received any payments for over 30 days.

Even though new orders are generating income, all funds continue to be held in reserve at the account level, resulting in a permanent zero balance, how can I continue to work if Amazon does not give me my money.

My account status is at a high level. All bank details have been verified by the Amazon team.

I can't make a new supply of FBA - because I need to recoup production.

I repeatedly contacted support (last case - 15201971551) and they told me that everything was fine on their part and that I would soon receive my money. But days, weeks, months pass, and there is no money. I’m already thinking about leaving Amazon for a place where my partners are valued.

One of my friends also had trouble getting his money from Amazon for a long time. He kept calling seller support and writing to them, and each time they said there were no problems and he would get his money soon. If your account metrics are good, then it's probably something on Amazon's side, some kind of check they might forget about.

My friend had to hire a lawyer. Only after the lawyer started sending letters did things start moving. It turned out someone at Amazon had forgotten to remove a flag on his account, and then everything worked.

Basically, you work, you sell, and then you can't even get your mmoney...

Don't give up, fight for your hard-earned money!!!

It’s the amount of money that is reserved to ensure that you have enough funds to fulfill any financial obligations, such as refunds, claims, or chargebacks.
