ASIN B07ZPKJHVP hijacked by TUKIMA

Another hijacked listing by an unauthorized brand! Amazon has to step in to resolve these issues. Looking through the forums this is constantly happening. If you look at this listing, you can even see in the photos that the brand is Sandol. It is clearly on the packaging. Seller support will simply say they cannot change brands, well someone obviously can because it is happening constantly. What is even worse is these fake brands don't even sell the items, and if sellers are not performing due diligence to check all listings daily for changes, you can get hit with ip violations you cannot resolve. Brand registry should NOT be required to be able to resolve listing issues. Any advice from the mods? Can you pass this along to a team who can actually take action? The forum has countless threads about hijacked listings@Atlas_Amazon@Manny_Amazon@SEAmod@Sandy_Amazon@Dougal_Amazon

Thank you @Jim_Amazon I appreciate it because this is becoming a daunting task! I run a category listing report daily to check on all of my listings. I have found 4 in the past 30 days with brand name changes. This really needs to be addressed because there are countless threads in the forum with other sellers (brand registered and 3rd party sellers) facing this issue. Brand registered sellers have some recourse but 3rd party sellers do not.

Dozens of our branded items with correct UPC / EAN barcodes, selling for years here have been hikacked with other brands (from China). We open cases with Amazon with more than enough evidence , including USPTO registration, GS1 UPC registration, pictures and manufacturing website. NEVER those listings were reverted to original brand , AMAZON always deny. Example ASIN B06XYBDJW7 , Brand is SALON LINE, hijacked to BIZINN , opened case id 16076979801 and basically was told brand name can not be changed. Useless help. 20+ years seller here.

@Jim_AmazonI assume you helped with this, so thanks! 3 more ASIN's were hijacked by FOXCUP this weekend. B09M4DW1T1, B0B9QX47WS, and B0B9K9RMLJ. The first one B09M4DW1T1 was restored back to the correct brand, and the other 2 have been successfully deleted! As I said before, clearly SOMEONE is able to change brand names, and I assume it is an insider. I received a suspected IP infringement complaint on ASIN B0B9K9RMLJ. I checked the listing before submitting my LOA and the brand was correct. After I submitted my LOA, the brand changed to FOXCUP. I was able to delete the ASIN and clear the violation after I submitted my LOA, but this is a major issue that is causing harm to sellers, brands, brand owners, and trademarks.

Seller support is essentially nonexistent to deal with these issues because they do not have proper resolutions to provide sellers. Can someone provide guidance to the many sellers that are faced with hijacked listings? Is the Category Inventory Report I run daily enough proof that my listings are branded correctly? I also printed PDF's of every single ASIN I sell showing the ASIN number and brand assigned to the product. I just want to make sure I am covered when these black hat sellers hijack listings. I am sure every other seller on Amazon who is dealing with this issue would also GREATLY appreciate clear direction. Sellers should not be fearful to report listing violations on their own listings when these violations were made by someone else. I would think Amazon would have a method to see who made the changes and hold that person accountable.

I also have a suggestion. In the past, you could clearly see the brand names on all of your listings from your storefront. Now that is no longer visible, and it was a quick, simple way to tell when one of your listings was hijacked. I would love to see that option restored to make it easier to identify listing issues. Is there a better (or another) way to obtain that information? Thank You :-)

I have only been FBA for a month and have seen this all over the place on this platform. It is very difficult to have Amazon step and do something. I am an authorized seller of a few brands and the manufacturers themselves do not seem to have any say in this either. I have informed the manufacturer of a specific brand and they sent me a letter to submit to Amazon, but I keep getting a generic response stating that the letter is invalid. If this keeps up I'm not going to be able to sell anything.

I woke up this morning to one of my best sellers being restricted. The reason " It is a luxury brand" and I do not have permission to sell it. However, I have been selling this product on Amazon for over 10 years. It is my brand and I am the brand owner, manufacturer and seller of this product. I am brand registered and all. I contacted Amazon and got the "apply to sell a luxury brand". I clicked on that and got "we are not accepting anymore luxury brand sellers". I am disgusted and beyond frustrated. Why do they have us submit everything under the sun to sell and then do this? So over it... Good luck to everyone else who is having similar problems.

Now that is no longer visible, and it was a quick, simple way to tell when one of your listings was hijacked. I would love to see that option restored to make it easier to identify listing issues. Is there a better (or another) way to obtain that information? Thank You :-)

Go figure : WALMART

Have this issue popping up quite often. Calls and messages to Seller support go unanswered. On the very rare occasion somebody calls me back, there's a slight chance it gets fixed. So far after 2 years I've only had 1 of my products get fixed. I won't even get into the amount fo misinformation that somehow gets thrown into my listings without my input
