My best guess, is that Amazon have helpfully automatically enrolled you in automated dispatch time - after all, Amazon know better than you do when you can dispatch your orders.

Hello holmecraft,

On 15th May Amazon helpfully changed many sellers over to Automatic Handling Time, where Amazon applies its opinion of your handling time (based on historic orders).

It is possible that your problems stem from this change, so you should check you AHT to ensure it reflects your opinion.

If it doesn't - to deactivate the automated handling time:

Go to your Shipping Settings tab in Seller Central.

Go to the General Shipping Settings section.

Click Edit in the Handling Time section.

Click the toggle to turn off automated handling time.

Click Save.

Hope this is a help

Brian

I have had the same problems. I have disabled the automatic handlng thingy so am hoping the late rate goes down. problem with it is that there is no way of knowing when you should despatch by until it is too late literally. No idea how it is calculated either so we are on a hiding to nothing
