Account Deactivated. Impossible to Initiate Disbursements.

Hello

My account was deactivated over a year ago. I have not been able to initiate a disbursement as Amazon informed that I had to wait for 3 months from the date of last order was fulfilled. I waited and then started chasing Amazon. There is not human-reply from them nor any options in the account health section for me to contact them. The only option is "Account Reactivation" submenu from the Help section. But it keep reverting back with a generic auto reply.

How can I move forward with this? Any ideas? I have also sent tens of emails direct to Amazon. But no help at all. How can I get my funds our of Amazon account?

Any guidance would be highly appreciated.

Thanks you

You could try e-mailing disbursement-appeals@amazon.co.uk if you haven't already done so. You normally have the option of requesting funds 90 days after deactivation through this channel. Although this does depend on what you were deactivated for as there are some circumstances where Amazon are legally obliged to withhold your funds on behalf of other organisations (i.e. HMRC if there is any VAT fraud).
