You have signed up for a professional seller account you can downgrade to a basic account (no monthly fees)
Just go into Seller Central ( top right) Settings > Account Info and change from professional to basic.
At this stage you can still request a refund from seller support, (contact us) on bottom of help pages.

You have signed up to a Professional account instead of the Individual account - Amazon take the £30 fee immediately. Go into your account settings and downgrade to Individual - this stops any further payments being charged. Raise a case with Amazon and ask politely for a refund IF you haven’t yet sold anything. t he card fail.is a separate matter - ensure you ALWAYS have at least £5 in your account as Amazon “try” your card to validate it. You cannot close your account whilst money is still “owed” to amazon

Hi am very angry, am a new seller in Amazon. I send my product 500 pieces of lipstick, red and violet. I want to the bank for loans, I made my own brand. So when this product was sent because am new the inventory show 32 so I text me with 3 weeks they change it to 63, I didn’t understand I thought because am new and my product was a lot so it’s will take them time. I have some of my brand on ebay so I was going check, all I saw was someone selling my brand in Amazon so I contact the two people and told them you have still from Amazon you better take the product back, I found out those two people live at Amazon FBA where I took the product to. I call Amazon, Amazon doesn’t want to call me back they want to make this foolish case. Am taking about 10.000 pounds. What got me angry they still my item and they took money from my account am owning them. I have decided to report the case to the police and my lawgyer am giving Amazon only ending of this month, they will meet me at court. A New Seller shipping 500pcs of Lipstick of your “own” brand lipstick, you would assume you personally oversaw your first shipment ensuring everything was correct before shipping it into Amazon, clearly not. This assumes you have any care or due diligence of your own brand and business. You have provide no details about how this was shipped, packed and labelled, or any FBA shipping detail to gain any reasonable assistance.
The abusive, threatening and child like language provide to those on the forum in an attempt to gain assistance deserves nothing more than the delete key.
