Credit Card Change
I Had to cancel my credit card with the bank because it had been compromised and no longer safe but Amazon will not accept this I can not get them phone me and I can not get into my seller account I have orders awaiting delivery but can’t get in to find address to send but Amazon just will not help with this just keep telling me to contact my bank and get the card activated I am at my wits end can anybody help me with perhaps a phone number to call the seller account

I don’t see how getting a new credit card would get you locked completely out of your seller account.
There is no phone number to call seller support, you can get them to call you if you have a professional account, but since you can’t get into your account you cannot access this button.
Is there any emails about why you are locked out?
