HELP! ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DEACTIVATED, AND CANNOT BE REACTIVATED!!

Hello everyone,

Has anyone encountered a situation where a European store requests document submission shortly after opening, and even after submitting the documents, they claim verification is not possible and reject the application? Currently, the customer's phone is also unreachable, and it's really perplexing. Does anyone have any experiences or advice to share?
