Account Health is 63 % & my account is going to be deactivated in 72 hrs

Hi,

I need your help guys. I am new on Amazon and I listed products which i have thought that by getting Catalogue Authorisation i would have been approved to list.

Couple of weeks ago i got Intellectual complaint from the Right Owner that i have infringed their rights .Amazon have blocked the listing and sent me an email how to Appeal & i did . The next day they reinstated the listing and gave me instructions how to do it. I was still frightened to list the ASIN and rang seller support and they assured me that i can list . I did and the next day i found 5 Intellectual complaints including the ASIN that Amazon reinstated.

I have contacted the Right Owner 2 weeks ago & they haven't got back to me yet although their email reply it says within 5 days.

I am confused by the reinstating the listing from Amazon Email & why have they not asked me to remove the listings under those Owner Right, I would Not have been in this situation i am in now!

My Account Health is 63% and my account is going to be deactivated in 72 hours, what shall i do?

Has anyone been in this situation? Your help & suggestions are appreciated.

It sounds like you got the listing reinstated and then the rights owner made a new complaint. If you are selling the correct product, then you'll need to appeal again. Once you have and the defect is removed from your account, you'll then need to decide if you think it's worth risking going through this again to keep selling the product, or if you'll drop it from Amazon.

It's also possible that the Amazon support person who told you how to get the listing reinstated was wrong or misunderstood the situation. Can you give more details on what the product is, what brand it is etc?
