Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime Suspended with no response from customer service

Our SFP badge is suspended, we have submitted POA but received no response from Customer Service.

There is always a Std Template response, we are looking into the issue.

Any suggestion on how to get them to update us with correct response ?
