Help needed to change Primary Account Manager

Hello Amazon Support and Amazon Community!

My Amazon US account has been de-activated and in trying to rectify this I have noticed that the person listed as the Primary Account Manager does not and has never worked for our company or has anything to do with our company. How do I remove him? Hopefully once this is done I will be able to successfully re-activate our account with the correct required information on the uploaded documents.

I contacted him and asked him to try to log in with the email address listed as Primary Account Holder, however when he tries to do so he is told that his e-mail address is not linked to any Amazon accounts.

We have been selling on Amazon UK for many years and recently went through a lengthy and successful verification for Amazon UK. All our account details for Amazon UK should apply for Amazon US.

Best route to resolve my issues?

1. Change the Primary Account Manager details to my own name - if so, how?

2. Merge my Amazon US account with my Amazon UK account? Concerned that if I do this my Amazon UK account will accidentally be de-activated.

3. Close my Amazon US account and open a new one? Once again concerned that this will affect my Amazon UK account.

Any and all advice will be enormously appreciated!

I'm not sure what you mean by primary account manager. I have worked on the Amazon platform for numerous years and I have never seen a mention of identifying the primary account manager.

If you are referring to the account that cannot have their user permissions changed, this cannot be changed.

You must make a new Amazon account and, hopefully, you will not get flagged for having related accounts.
