Amazon altering dispatch and postal service to services i dont offer
Anyone else having this?..... my default shipping is set to 2 working days handling time and 3-5 working day postal service. Listings then individually are set to 2 day handling times and allocated to a postage band that is 3-5 working days transit. A customer just purchased today (FBM) and Amazon have marked order late dispatched (when i printed label and set dispatch as Monday) and told customer it would arrive in 2 working days! I have checked through all settings and everything is set to 2 days handling time. Why are Amazon suddenly deciding I offer expedited prime shipping when i dont? (I have checked, all other shipping services apart from 2 day handling time are OFF. I dont have any 'automated' shipping services turned on, there is no reason I can see at all that Amazon would think i offer Sunday dispatch (RM arent open on Sundays) and my opening times are set mon-fri so I wouldnt dispatch on weekends anyway :(
