We have all the right documents to sell on Amazon.
However, we are stuck in a loop where Seller Support won’t help us because they claim our account is deactivated and we can’t make any changes in the Account Health Dashboard.
Does anyone knows another team/ email that we can contact to help us solve this account deactivation?

Changing legal identity is a big legal change - Amazon will be checking your account and you have to wait til they get back to you either verifying you or asking for your docs.
