Ungate application declined
Hey,
I’ve been declined on my first ungate application and havn’t been told why.
I have given amazon the invoice with all the requested infomation.
It was bought from a wholesaler - invoice has their info as well as mine.
What have I done wrong?
I need to be ungated in this brand as I have a fair amount of stock waiting to be shipped off.

it’s quite common for new sellers not to be ungated in certain categories / for certain brands
They often say to try again when you have a good sales history
What category was it
What brand was it
Do you have a LOA for the brand ?
What is your legal entity - ST or Ltd ?

Ungating isn’t automatic even if the invoice / supplier meets all the criteria. Amazon will sometimes reject and send a generic “this won’t reflect badly on your account” message. Reapply at a later date.
