Since when has the ON TIME DELIVERY RATE been a part of the seller fulfilled prime metrics?

Seller fulfilled prime delivery dates showing as 2 day delivery and have perfect SFP metrics all 100% so i asked seller support the reason why (see below)

Please note we have reviewed the details and upon checking we have found that your delivery promise is delayed due to promise padding applied to your listings owing to the fact that the current 30 day On Time Delivery Rate is 86.1% when target is 97%. Please maintain On Time Delivery Rate > 97% to avoid promise padding.

The ironic thing is i use Amazon shipping for 99% of my orders!

It must be whatever way the wind is blowing that day eh!

Hello @Seller_oLG8iq4VBPVWg, To remain eligible for Seller Fulfilled Prime, you must meet the following performance metrics on Seller Fulfilled Prime orders:

  • On-time shipment rate of at least 99%
  • Use of Buy Shipping for at least 98% of orders
  • A cancellation rate of no more than 0.5%
  • An on-time delivery rate of at least 97% on Prime orders when shipping is purchased outside of Buy Shipping services

Use your performance dashboard to see these metrics and download a defects report to review any orders that have affected your metrics. If you find any orders listed there that you have questions about, please let me know and I will take a look.
