I have had a case open now since October CASE 9200376282
I regularly get emails stating they are looking into it. Obviously nothing has been done because most days I get missing information on the labels and have to go back to my shipped orders and write it on the label
I haven't opened up anymore cases, wondered if i should? The missing information are all prime FBM amazon Business Sarl orders
Am I the only one having this issue and I couldn't find any recent forums relating to this issue?
