Yea, it's hilarious when Canada Post delivers the package on time to the customer's community mailbox / parcel locker, and the customer expects the package to their door, but don't live in a neighbourhood where Canada Post offers door to door delivery. And then they go out to their mailbox, find the parcel, and don't delete their negative feedback.
It's also really funny when customers leave negative feedback about returns but haven't even contacted us about a return before leaving negative feedback:
