How to track FBA returns
Hi all,
I've never really bothered tracking customer returns through FBA but a couple of months ago had a customer make a return and as far as I can tell it's not yet been returned (although he's been refunded)
I've tried searching for the order number in the "FBA Customer Returns" report but can't find it.
Is there some other way to check it was actually returned and ended up back in stock?
And does anyone have a set of steps they use to check on a regular basis that everything has been returned?

Fba inventory > manage return orders
If you search with the order id you should be able to find it. You may have to click the filter drop down menu next to search and click last 90 days or last year depending on when they ordered exactly.
In the unit received column (last column), it will state the date received back at Amazon. You can also see at the end column the return status and confirms if the customer needs to send the item back or return not expected etc. The end column will also show complete if the unit was returned to your inventory and sellable in the disposition column.
You should have received reimbursement from Amazon if the item was not returned, this can be checked from inventory > inventory defect and reimbursement. There you can change the date range and filter by SKU. The filter by customer returns is useful for us and might be to you.
