Account suspension and auto replies
Hello,
I have been trying to open my amazon seller account since a few months now with no success.
First, they asked for ID verification call, and it was successful, account finally activated, but still display more additional information are required without mentioning what is missed, and it says the account is temporary suspended.
Later, the account has been deactivated due to it’s link with an account I previously held in the same name. I opened the new account hoping it would resolve problems I had with the previous account that never been verified. I then closed the previous account and I no longer have access to it.
I now realise that was a mistake and I should have appealed the suspension of previous account, without opening a new account.
The problem I have no way to appeal the original suspension, and any appeal submitted to new account has an auto reply of " we do not have enough information to reactivate the account"
Is there a way to reactivate the account ?
Additional info: Business is a UK based limited company, and brand name now is registered with IPO.
Also suspension is only on the European accounts while the USA account is activated.

As you have correctly mentioned, ID verification call was done successfully and your account got activated as well.
However, your account is deactivated for relation as you have mentioned above.
Kindly consider the following information for appeal procedure for relation.
In order to reactivate this Selling account, please follow the below steps:

You may first reactivate any and all accounts that have been enforced for policy violation by submitting one appeal for each enforcement. Please follow the instructions in the communication received for that account.

You can also appeal enforcement by signing into your primary Seller Central account and accessing your Performance Notifications for each region in which you operate an account. Submit an appeal for all accounts, except the account that is deactivated for a related account, by clicking the appeal button in the notification received for each account.

Once you have successfully reactivated that account, please submit an appeal to reactivate the current account, by using this link. When submitting the appeal, you will need to provide us with the name of the account that was reactivated and the date of reactivation.
What if I don’t own the separate account(s)?
If you believe you do not own the separate account(s), please follow the below step:
If you have never owned a separate account and believe this deactivation was in error, please submit an appeal following this and confirm that this account does not belong to you. If we cannot substantiate the claim, your account will not be reinstated and this account will not be allowed to do business on Amazon in the future.
There are various chances of an account being linked to another account (s). There are possibilities of any relations within accounts if similar types of information are used and if they match.
For an example if email, phone number, credit card, IP address or Goods and Services Tax (GST) details are same for any other account in amazon/which is also used for your account, it may lead to account considered as related.
At any stage, if you have logged in from any other account owner’s system, it also will lead to account deactivation for relations.
If any account is deactivated for the relations- the seller should identify the Parent Account or related account and should have cleared the issues in this account first.
I request that you check which details you used previously in another account and are being used here; if you find any, please resolve the issue in that account to have this account reinstated.

Thank you @Abella_Amazon for your kind response. So just to be clear you are saying that
I need to address the suspension issue with the 1st account I opened (ie
the Primary Account), which is in the name of Prima Cotton Limited.
However the problem I have is that I closed/terminated the Primary account on the
(October, 2022). So I cannot login to it anymore. In fact when I try to do
so it says ‘there is no account associated with this email address.’
Is there another way I can appeal the suspension on the new (second) account?

How did you close or terminate your primary account ?
Did you address the violations or defects in the primary account ?
Did you get any notification that your account is closed or terminated ?
You can only close or terminate an account if it is in active status.

Did you address the violations or defects in the primary account ? No, I didn’t went through the identification process and account never been activated, when i opened the account to request closure, it wasent fully functioning and it asked me either to continue or cancel registration, so I canceled registration and requested closure, I got a confirmation email and I proceeded, please check attachment.
Did you get any notification that your account is closed or terminated ? _

Thank you for your reply, I have already submitted an appeal with all required screenshots and details and I still get the same automatic reply that the submitted information is not enough to reactivate the account.
Can you advise on what exactly to submit as an appeal with exact list of documents, and/or another way to submit an appeal ?
