Dedicated account rep

We want to cancel our monthly fee for the dedicated account rep we have and no longer use a dedicated account rep. Does anyone know how to do that?

Hi @Seller_1u2lVxsOCQbiW,

According to the help page Strategic Account Services Account Management Program Terms, you can cancel anytime by visiting Seller Central Premium Services.

Just keep in mind that when you cancel:

  • You'll continue receiving services through the end of this month
  • If you're still within your first 3 months (the minimum term), you'll need to pay for the full 3-month period
  • Previous monthly fees aren't refundable

You can find all these details in the "Program fees" section of the help page I linked above.
