Please help me understand why my IPI score is dropping

Hi there.

Over the last several weeks my IPI has dropped about 70 points. I have done everything I can to reduce this dropping score, because I know that once it dips under 400 I will be hit with massive storage costs and restrictions.

Is there a report or some metric I can access to determine exactly what specific items/ASIN's are causing my IPI to drop? There needs to be a calculation somewhere, and I would like to have access to that info so I can make the corrections I need to get my IPI back on track to comfortable levels. The neat little Red/Yellow/Green slide-bars are not very helpful to determine exactly what is causing my issues. I had plenty of "dormant" FBA ASIN's that I added to my catalog but later decided not to move forward with. I removed those (almost 1200!) and my score "only" dropped by 1 point that week. But this week it's dropped another 9 points!

A key issue I'm facing is that I have come to believe a major contributing factor to my IPI dropping is Amazon's own incompetence.

I have several items that are "Unfillable Inventory" and have been inaccessible to me for over a year. I have put in multiple removal requests for these items, and they are unable to be removed because they are at an FC that does not process outbound shipments.

I first brought this to the Mod's attention a few weeks ago with this thread: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/seller-forums/discussions/t/3237bfae-789d-4d0b-b634-d57daf033003?postId=edcf26cb-fb7d-4826-baa7-d79da6da68f7

...and since then, nothing has changed.

This issue is happening to so many of my ASIN's that it cannot be a single isolated incident. I believe the problem is systemic to Amazon's system. How do ya'll overcome this obstacle? I've opened cases (13905907561, 13755672551, 14866223801, 14866301841, 14866145631, 14866301921) and I've made forum posts. What else is there that needs to happen to get this fixed?

Please help. I've been on here for a long time and I don't know what to do from here. I really don't want my score to dip to dangerous levels and I genuinely am trying to address this, but I don't know how.

Thank you in advance for your useful advice. I really miss some of the forum's old guard that would direct me to the exact report I'd need to run to know what I need to do and I'm hoping someone will come out of nowhere (heaven maybe?) with a useful nugget of info to help me solve this issue.

Thanks again
