deactivate account due to price error

I was deactivated from Amazon I am not sure I understand the reason, even though, I read the pricing market link. What I did during Christmas, I changed the price back and forth, according if I see I am selling and if I am not selling I lower it between 27.99 to 34.99, which is what others were also selling at the same price around, although I was the lowest most times, and others were selling sometimes at 49.99 and above. This is one of the message that I received. One or more pricing related fields does not meet Amazon's Marketplace Fair Pricing Policy.Tip: Potential high pricing error! Consider updating your price(s).Please enter valid Price(s).Please enter valid Price(s).

Can you explain in simple and plain English what caused Amazon to deactivate me? Also, they asked me to fix it, please tell me what I did wrong, because if I dont know what I did wrong, how can I put a new price and I do not want to be deactivated for the same reason. I need to know my error, s, so I do not repeat. How can. I fix something that I do not understand? Thanks for sincere help.

It sounds as though Amazon has deactivated your entire account and not just the affected SKU, is that correct?

Changing the price on something numerous times in a short amount of time is what likely triggered the deactivation.

Read through Amazon's Amazon Marketplace Fair Pricing Policy This line in the policy, "If we see pricing practices on a store offer that harms customer trust, Amazon can remove the Featured Offer, remove the offer, suspend the ship option, or in serious or repeated cases suspend or terminate selling privileges." would be my guess as to the reason; they didn't appreciate you messing with the price on what they knew to be the same inventory.

As to how to reactivate your account, you should have received a Performance Notification and/or an email with steps on how to reactivate. Posting that would be helpful.
