Seeking Assistance with German Amazon Account Issues
I am experiencing difficulties with my German Amazon account and would greatly appreciate any help. On April 1, 2025, I received my Lucid number and paid the necessary fees. However, on April 4, 2025, I received an email from Amazon regarding case number 10985784212. Despite being informed by support that activation should occur within 72 hours, my application status remains "submitted," and it has been over 13 days.
Additionally, on April 14, 2025, under case number 11007458792, my EPR was accepted again, yet the application status is still "submitted," even though support advised waiting up to 72 hours for activation. It has now been more than 3 days since then.
On April 15, 2025, most of my products were deactivated, leaving me extremely frustrated. I am urgently seeking assistance to resolve this issue. Please, if anyone can help, I would be grateful.
