I am reaching out to seek clarification regarding discrepancies observed in our inventory records. Specifically, we have noticed that a significant portion of our stock is unaccounted for after transferring items from Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD) to Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA).

Upon reviewing the Inventory Ledger, we observed multiple negative entries in the "Receipts" column (e.g., -40, -20), indicating that items were removed from FBA inventory. However, when examining these entries, we found extensive lists of shipments where 1 or 2 units were missing, all originating from AWD transfers.

We have thoroughly reviewed all available reports, but the missing units remain unaccounted for. Could you please assist us in understanding:

1 The reason behind the negative "Receipts" entries in the Inventory Ledger.

2 How and where we can verify whether all items from AWD were successfully delivered to FBA without losses during transportation
