Amazon no longer removing product reviews from seller feedback?
We received a product review as seller feedback which Amazon won't remove: "Item is not aluminium, it is plastic."

They removed one for me two days ago. Customer didn't like the product's scent, and left it as a seller feedback. But the system has never been very consistent.

Unfortunately this is happening again.
Case ID = 11210481972
Buyer returned the order as "accidental order" with the explanation that they had meant to cancel it before dispatch.
They then left neutral feedback which is a product review stating they had to return the item because it was the wrong size.
Seller support claims to have "gone through the details" and says the feedback can't be removed because we sent the buyer the wrong size. However if anyone actually went through the details they would see that the buyer purchased the wrong size and the feedback is a product review.
