Missing inventory from shipment
I have started my amazon business in September by listing 2 products. For one of the product there is always a short shipment issue and amazon seller support team, they have same standard answer every time I call to them. I provided all the support to validate the ownership of the inventory but there is no logical and decent response from the team. For some of units I received reimbursement but for some they have just lost or disappeared.
Any has any idea how to solve this issue.
