Draft Listing Disappearing
In the last few weeks, I have saved about 4-5 listings as "drafts saved by you" that have disappeared.
My drafts keep disappearing, and I may have forgotten to hit the save as draft button I thought at first. But I realized It might be a bug on Amazon. When I click on Catalog> Complete your listing. There's not a single draft there. Then I go to Catalog>Add Product>View My Drafts, again, this contains zero drafts when I click on the "View your draft".
Is there a time for how long the draft stays saved until the user continues?

same here we tried to list and save the draft but there is no button that you can save draft the listing and the past listing saved by you was gone as well

Thanks for posting to the Forums. It's possible there a time-frame for the drafts being saved. I would recommend clearing your browser cache & cookies and trying a different browser to see if this behavior still occurs.
If you've tried those steps and still running into this issue, please contact Support for assistance. Share your ID and I will conduct an additional review to see if anything else is needed.

There has been a related thread with more information about this. From what my colleague @Glenn_Amazonmentioned, due to steps Amazon is taking to improve the draft experience any drafts originally saved before September 3, 2024 were deleted at the start of October 2024. I'm sorry for the difficulties this creates but you will need to create this listing again.
