Competitor Abuse and Threats

I have received 2 messages via Amazon by a product competitor. In each case they have made several orders only to cancel them.

Then they threaten to sabotage my business unless I delete my listing... I have reported both messages via the correct routes, however, they take no action. There is a clear case in written confession by the abuser but nothing is done. So what can be done and why do Amazon tolerate bullying on their platform??

I would guess that you have maybe added your offer to their private label listing? You are / have been selling on some listings which are private label and others as generic where the product actually is branded.

Unless you have invoices which match the brand on the listing you will encounter either hostile brand owners or requests to prove authenticity from Amazon which you won't have. Generic listings shouldn't be used to sell branded items.
