Unable to recover account due to two step verification.

I lost the phone number that was used in setting up my seller account. In order to recover my account I went through the process of uploading government issued identification expecting to be contacted within 2 days. It has been more than 3 weeks of opening cases without any resolution.

Assistance on what to do to recover the account would be appreciated.

This happens to me like twice per month.

I see it happen to many others as well.

We always use two step verification account recovery and it always works relatively quickly. If you have not received a response, something is incorrect.

Or its possible Amazon unlocked your account and never told you. Have you tried to login?

If you are unable to login, you will have to wait for a moderator to tell you what is going on. I have never known two step account recovery to have a case number you can follow.
