Help with feedback removal - this one has got me beat
I been selling on Amazon for many years, I understand the feedback policy and removal criteria. But sometimes a feedback comes along that is so obviously wrong, that it must surely be removed - Wrong!
The feedback:
“Dear Sir/Madam, I have not received two Eclat Skincare products that were suppose to be in the same parcel with the other items. Could you kindly refund the cost or send the two face skincare products. Best Regards.”
Ok they were very polite, just one problem I do not have any order for Eclat Skincare from this customer, in fact I do not sell any Eclat products at all. I presume they have purchased from another seller as well as me and expext all products to be sent together?
Amazon, say this feedback is valid, the appeal failed, my follow up on Account issues received a sift response, use feedback manager, and if I ask again I could be suspended.
Surely a feedback for a product the seller doesn’t sell and doesn’t have an order for must be in breach of Amazon feedback policy?

Persevere. Sometimes they barely read or understand the message so keep it concise and include the very important point… add the odd CAPitalised word that you need to emphasise.
So, something like:
This is a PRODUCT review
in addition
I DO NOT SELL this product - – (or DID NOT)
This violates the feedback policy - please remove this feedback
The customer is referring to the item (not seller service)
I have NOT SOLD this item to the customer - therefore it is wrong on 2 counts.
Persevere - it can take more than a couple of attempts but worth the trouble.
Good luck - I know it is very unfair and frustrating especially at this time of year.
