Amazon has blocked our UK and Germany accounts and we are being asked for our verification documents again.
They are not accepting our documents and saying that something is missing in them - they are wrong, or at the least, we would like a specific explanation why it is not good, all the information is in it.
I am trying desperately to talk to the department or to anyone who can help solve this issue but not getting anywhere.
Does anyone have a telephone or email that could answer and assist?
