I have the same problem. Amazon have removed dozens of listings. I have sent photos with ingredient listings showing no Lilian or Lyra content, but they have all been ignored and they will not reinstate the listings

Ive had same issue on two listings, one I showed ingredients on product and they let me update the detail page of my listing - its now fixed. The other, they just gave me the usual crap about brand owners blah blah.

Fact of the matter is, that Amazon is a broken system thats constantly falls apart and seemingly no-one can just fix it because of whatever reasons...

My Ebay store just keeps getting bigger and bigger...

I have had the same thing happen to me. I sent the photos of the ingredients on the packaging and the banned item is not listed... Amazon wont back down though...removed listing and returned my inventory

Unfortunately seems to be happening to a lot of listings, I've done the exact same, sent pictures of the ingredients on the label, but they don't seem interested - detail page ultimately removed and now having to remove all the stock.

Seems frustrating they do this the same time they want to penalise us for not stocking enough inventory from April onwards.

Send in more stock, just to get more stock sent back, and more fee's charged for this privilege

Same problem but nothing to do with the ingredients. Every photos, documents etc sent has been rejected...even docs from suppliers for Anthon Berg Chocolates ..seems Amazon just wake up and make a decision let's frustrate sellers today and cause them more headaches

life selling on amazon is becoming so depressing....lots of funds have gone into acquiring these stocks and AMazon just gets in your fBA inventories, take their storage fees and start making you pay for removal....it's unending

Hi,

Thank for all the replies, it seems as though there is no hope with amazon. I have done the same send pictures and invoices from suppliers. The ingredients they are referring to got banned over two years ago and every big brand banned it earlier!

You may as well save your self the time and effort and just hit your head against the wall.

Trying to get Amazon to reverse an ingredient pull of a product is next to impossible, it relies on its Artifical Incompetence BOT that is programmed by Chimps.

We sell predominantly Cleaning products so you can imagine how many of these notices we get. It seems almost every day a product that was fine on Wednesday is now toxic to all life on earth on Thursday according to Amazon. it never seems to matter what information we send in, it is always computer says no!

Why Bother!

Hi, exactly same issue here. Ongoing months and months now and my case with managingdirector etc is just left open and ignored. They removed one of my products and it isn't even the same barcode or ingredient list at all.

They recently did it to another product and after reinstating a few days ago (it was sort of a soft takedown? had time to challenge it?) the buy box doesn't appear for any seller.

We're now on month 3 of my support tickets left open and ignored, this is after forum help + managing director email tagging the case.

You're basically screaming into the void, best of luck.

Have the same issue for 3 ASIN's ... potentially £1000's of investmet....very disheartening ...each do not even contain lilial, its just another BOT going around taking down ASIN's without any facts... BOTS are also handling the appeals and reinstatement which is a pity...Amazon sometimes do good things to support sellers in supporting and expanding their businesses, but at the same time they undo by letting loose these BOTS that do damage at the same time
