Inconsistent, misleading information on a listing resulting in an angry customer, amazon customer service completely useless and unhelpful

I sold this item

B00AG5EVR2

from my pov when using Add products, I thought it was for one bottle only. It turns out the listing also says "Size: 2 count Pack of 1".

This is the first time this has happened, normally the title should say it. I've reported this and expected amazon to either remove it or add it to the title in future. Yet they expect ME to put in a request to change it, why would i?. it isnt my listing nor do I have anymore to sell so why would I care? It is their responsibility to make sure a listing is accurate on their website. the resulting confusion has left me with a customer who is angry. Even though I have refunded 50% he marked it as unresolved because he wanted another bottle, which I do not have.

All I had hoped for was customer service to directly acknowledge the issue with the listing and offer me protection from potential negative feedback which is very likely because the customer complained a great deal over this in messages, all because I insisted I do not have another bottle to send him. his response 'that's your problem not mine'. Forget the fact ive issued 50% refund.

Can anyone here (mods) look into this? case 10840211362

could you look into this? it's clearly an error in the listing. seller support in the case won't acknowledge it because of the part in the listing where it says ""Size: 2 count Pack of 1". the title should have said it was for 2. I've refunded 50% of the order because he expected 2 bottles, but the customer is still unhappy.

When i list items via the barcode from 'add products' im not expexting to trawl through every single description incase it suddenly says '2 count'. the quantity is always in the listing title. I understand the customer's pov and hence refunded him 50% but for him to still be unsatisfied with the outcome leaves me worried. the lack of support, protection and acknowledgment from amazon is a problem.
