Business Development Rep
I have been assigned a Amazon Business Development Account Manager and this was suppose to be helpful in growing myAmazon business? Unfortunately, thus far we haven't had the level of service needed from our Amazon Business Development Account Manager that would positively impact our Amazon business. He cannot even help with basic brand registration issues that I am facing. Is their a way to get him changed?

My rep Tanika is great! She has helped us out a lot with growing our business, getting additional internal Amazon help and even some of our more difficult cases. Maybe see if you can get a new rep?

If your rep is based in america they are likely 21 years old, fresh out of college and have never used amazon on the back end, ever.
I have also noticed they are aggressive and get combative if you do not use them.

We pay for an SAS rep and they are barely helpful. I would not have high hopes for a free service such as a business development manager. You are better of getting assistance in the forums here with your issues than to expect you account manager to solve issues for you.
