Amazon Buy Shipping for Prime

Can anyone help, we used to be able to send some parcels as Hermes/Evri drop offs, this stopped late last year and we lost that option. As we only have DPD as a buy shipping option we now have no option for remote area which we used to use the Hermes/Evri drop off. As we still send them with DPD it is both more expensive and is then outside the buy shipping option which is adversely affecting our buy shipping metrics.

We have booked Avri as a collection service, they say they have notified Amazon and we are awaiting confirmation from Amazon to validate the service.

Everything I read suggests we shouldnt have to do anything and that Evri as a drop off service should be there, I have checked and we have Hermes on the carrier prioritisation, can anyone suggest anything for us to do or can answer why this is happening or not happening as is the case.
