Is seller central down?

Has anyone else encountered these issues…
1.Pending orders are not moving into Unshipped but you get the email and notification from Amazon to ship now?
2. Unshipped orders from about an hour ago are not being picked up by Royal Mail C&D.

It seems that there is an issue with in and out.
I have raised a case with SS who have said it appears there is an issue with the page and are contacting the internal team.

I am having the same issue and SS was of no help and just told me the order is pending and wait …

yes it is frustrating and today I cant even see or find that order in my seller account.

and there is no straight answer on any future possible defect from seller support and if anything like negative customer feedback or any other defect arises, i know it’d be impossible to get that sorted with seller support.

Its super frustrating. I am mainly FBA seller and i dont have many SF orders and 1-2 defect will cause red flag. I simply had closed my seller fulfilled orders and put that on holiday mode.

I cant imagine the stress I’ll have while dealing with seller support for possible defect in this case, m sure they’ll just deny everything and will close the cases in minutes.
