product policy compliance

Hi everybody, Amazon asks us to upload product policy compliance documentation according to the upcoming European regulation by December 13. We are uploading documentations but Amazon seems rejecting them. What do you suggest to upload in order for being accepted? What are the main steps to follow in order for us not being deactivated? I have been trying to reach specialists out but they are not much supportive.
