Brand name changed and listing was hijacked
Hi, my Case ID: 17280422881. I was also just approved for brand qualification Case ID: 17333653111
Please, please, please help me get my listing changed back correctly. I need to replenish inventory and have been locked out of my own listing! The hijacker is Dzoymyn.
1) I am the creator of my listing back in 2019
2) Listing title shows my company's brand name in the heading as well as in the manufacturers field.
3) I am the manufacturer and owner of the correct brand
4) I am the ONLY seller of the item and have been selling since 2019 and have provided sales history for the past 2 years. My product is unique as I created the design.
5) I have provided an invoice of said product from 2019
Customer Service doesn't seem to understand what's happening to me or the multitude of other sellers who are experiencing the same issue. Thank you for your help on this.
