RDU4 ISSUES! One month has not been received
At the end of July, I sent a batch of goods to RDU4 via DHL (ID: FBA1887TGM09), which arrived at the Amazon warehouse on August 2 and was signed for, but the goods have been in a waiting state! Now it is the end of August, and several of our lists have been out of stock for a month, and we have paid high shipping costs for this batch of goods! We also tried to communicate with customer service but they can't handle such problems! However, the shipment investigation can only be opened after September 4th. Usually, the shipment can be investigated half a month after receiving it, but I don't know why this shipment has to wait for more than a month? After the investigation on September 4th, it is still unknown when the warehouse can put this batch of goods on the shelves! ! !
After reading all the negative posts about RDU4 here, I realized that I shouldn't send my products there.

@Topher_AmazonHellow I think this FC has a huge reception problem. Could you help me check the shipment? I have two more shipments to be sent to this warehouse.
My goods were signed for on August 2, but I still haven't received them on August 27. I have opened many cases to ask customer service, but the answer I got in the end was just to wait! However, other warehouses have received the goods later than this one and are in the process of putting them on the shelves. This shipment not only cost me a high shipping fee, but also caused my list to be out of stock.

I think this is happening everywhere. ALL of my shipments into Amazon in August have been a nightmare. Plus Amazon makes them Active before stowing (placing them) in the warehouse to ship. They must have changed something. This is going to effect us big time. Again, Amazon doesn't care about us, or even the buyers in this case. How can they sell what they don't have available?

We have products from shipment hitting the shelves in 3 days and shipments received in 1 month and a half. They make it clear nobody will help unless it's past a certain date, in your case, 4 September. Afer this date open a case.

I shipped my units to RDU4 on July 1 2024... still today (Sept2,2024) the units show up as "IN TRANSIT" and now Amazon banner shown that I will need to wait until Nov 2 2024 for the shipment to be closed in order to request investigation... This is totally ridiculouse waiting 120 days! these are perishable Items we are talking about... Sad thing is, Ive open Cases... and even a Forum thread whereas Dominic has abritrarily decide the Thread is already to old to work on it
