Why is the buy-win ratio 0

The win rate of the buy button in the UK station of my shop is always 0
I am Self delivery seller. Now I don’t know how to increase the flow of my store. My sales of are not very good every day
That friend can tell me how to make the store better or I’m gonna starve

If you are a new seller via FBM, you are not eligible for the buy box until you have a good sales history

Probably a bit dramatic :thinking:

You are obviously very new here. Before you get hung up on the buy box or anything else, I would strongly recommend you visit the Seller University pages first and learn the basics. That way, you might at least understand the best way forward and what you can (and more importantly) can’t do.

2 things, I would recommend doing some work on seller university and ensure compliance etc. with regards to your second issue, I think you would be better off finding a local food bank to assist whilst you work on improving the sell through rate.
