card board packaging

Hi,

I'm looking into changing my packaging, which at the moment is in a polybag, to a cardboard box.

I wanted to place a tight paper sleeve outside the cardboard box with all the information which would hold the box closed at the same time.

Would I need to place that into a polybag again to avoid ripping ?

Also, would Amazon still ship it in their FedEx envelopes, or change it to a box. I think it would crush the cardboard box if placed into a envelope. the product is not big, nor tall boxes will be uses

You did not say if you are planning to use FBA or FBM.

If you use FBA, remember, Amazon will ship the product in the most economical packaging as possible. It is up to the seller to package products to withstand the transit thru handling at the FBA center and the abuse the final shipper may apply.

The easiest method is to simply shrink wrap your box.
