we got the order (702-6560010-5368267) She asked for one other more expensive upgraded machine. Which we have to agreed and arranged without any charges on buyer and we texted buyer. It took some time for us to arrange the new upgraded order from buyer, we shipped the item with a February 30th, 2025, promise delivery time which falls under the actual delivery schedule as per Amazon shipping timeline. We used Canada Post's Expedited shipment service (costs extra). The item reached the delivery station and delivery delayed as per Canada Post Tracking statement the reason they provided is extreme weather condition.
The buyer filed A to Z claim without any dialogue with us and the refund granted. We appeal the decision but got a reply that the item should be sent in timely manner.
Here I just want to elaborate few points.
1. The Machine was upgraded because of client request and that upgraded machine but we arranged and shipped with expedited Canada Post service.
2 The Machine delivery was delayed by Canada Post and Later they placed the pickup notice at buyers' address as we initiated a investigation. We called Canada post and filed a complaint and got a ticket for investigation. We messaged the buyer that they will get delivery soon.
3 We tried our best to satisfy buyer by arranging a different machine (upgraded model) without any charges on them, we shipped it with expedited post with extra expense.
4 The delay in delivery was not in our hand but we tried our best to resolve the issue with buyer and Canada Post.

This is an unfair decision with no fault of us. We request it to be reversed and deposit money back to our account.
