Fedex failure to perform regularly scheduled daily pickup
I have a daily Fedex pickup at my facility.
I am a member of Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime.
Friday 12/8, Fedex failed to make their routine pickup at my site.
I called my Fedex rep, and all he could offer was an apology. Fedex is freely admitting they messed up, and are the ones at fault.
Those of you that are in the SFP program, fully understand how damaging this will be to my SFP metrics. I will now have dozens of packages arrive one day late, which will result in my removal from the Amazon Seller Fulfilled Program. My metrics will NOT be able to absorb this hit, and stay above the minimum requirement.
I held up my end of Amazons Terms of Service, and confirmed all of these packages on time, and had them stagged for Fedex pickup. Because of what I have pointed out, it is clear that the impact to my metrics, was beyond my control. Will I be granted an exception, and allowed to stay in the SFP program?
When an Amazon associate reads this, please note I have opened Case ID: 14459973051

Sure, after you write a POA, grovel and admit on your belly that you are mere vermin of the earth and beseech Amazon's benevolent grace to allow you to participate once more.
A full confession in your POA, not blaming anyone other than yourself for your obvious inadequacies, with a 3-4 step plan about how you will hand deliver any missed pickups to the Regional Fedex Facility before 9 pm to ensure shipment that day.......
Then... then you may be granted immunity from your previously unrecognized faults...
(believe us... this is not far from the truth!)

Hello @Seller_ov7tPznFfbE6R
Thank you for the information provided regarding the delayed pick up of your packages. I understand the concern regarding the impact that the situation will have on the metrics. As of now, you will want to keep record of what occurred and which orders are going to be impacted. Then, it will be vital to monitor your metrics and ensure that the next few orders go out as they should.
If the metric goes off target, you may receive a banner that shows the account as being at risk, but it does not mean that information is being requested. Be sure to monitor your performance notifications as this will be where our team will request information from you if it is required.
If you have any additional questions or concerns regarding this situation, continue to refer here for support.
Best,
Atlas
