I had the same problem for weeks. It would say it is ringing, and then say call has ended, please ring again if you want more help! The system is so buggy. After weeks of trying, I realised that it is because they do not come to work until about 1pm GMT as they work on pacific time. It would have been so useful to have a little message pop up to tell you that nobody was available until 6 am pacific time and it would save so much stress (basic user interface experience). Even though I asked for help about it many times, nobody mentioned anything about pacific time. I despair! Hope that helps
