We kindly request that you remove the negative feedback left on this order. The situation is as follows: The customer placed the order, and we shipped the item. The item was delivered, but we later received a message from the customer stating that the order was placed by mistake. The customer requested to return the item and want a full refund.

We informed the customer that return charges would apply because the mistake was on their end. Additionally, Amazon informed the customer that the item can be returned to the seller’s warehouse, but the customer insisted on returning it at no cost.

As a result, the customer left negative feedback, which has affected our rating. We kindly ask that you remove this feedback. You can review our email correspondence with the customer through Amazon Seller Messages for reference.
