Amazon Seller Support is Unresponsive

I have been trying to contact Amazon seller support regarding the above case for 2 months with NO response. I even created a second case on September 11 - Case ID: 16001672241 - and made multiple follow ups, and still received no response.

77/78 units of my shipment were lost, 1 was sold. In Mid July, I received a credit for 66 units after weeks of sending and resending invoices, proof of purchase, etc. Seller support claimed they added the 11 remaining units to my inventory, which never happened and have not responded since. Many, many attempts to contact Amazon, and I am completely ignored.
